Build   a  repair  Shop   that  allows  you  to  give  to  your  clients  the possibily  to  submit  their  reparation request  and  receive  invoices.

How  it  works?

Your  customer fill up form with :

 Device name ;

 Problem Description;

 Customer   Location (not mendatory) ;

 Customer Phone  Number (not  required);

 Email (will  be  pulled  from the PrestaShop  Customer Object)

And  submit   the  information .

You   can  then receive aa  message  with  the  ticket number  and  the  customer  details.

The  customer  also  will receive  his  tick  number  and  other  informations.

After  you  read  the  ticket  description  you  can  associate  any  product  to  it  as  a  reparation  cost  estimation.

Once  you  finish   adding  products to  a  ticket  you  can  send  the  ticket  back  to  the  customer  with  associated  products.

The  customer  will  see  the  associated  products  as  the  repartion  cost  and  validate  the  invoice.

Once  you  finish  the  reparation  you  can  mark  the  ticket  as  finished  and  the  customer  will receive  a  notification email  with a link to   finish  his  order.

In  the  customer   account  he  can  edit  the  ticket  if    needed .

You  as the   admin  can  also  edit any  ticket  or  delete  old  tickets  from the  module  admin page.
